Tony Pynes: Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector / General Contractor (Residential and Commercial)

I am a father and grandfather and Roman Catholic Deacon. My wife Helen and I live between Austin and Georgetown and focus on the surrounding areas for our business. From San Marcos to Lampasas, from Llano to Giddings.

I grew up remodeling homes for my father. I have repaired homes from Dallas to Austin for homeowners and worked with rental property owners to ensure homes were ready for the next tenant. I also have several years providing services for new commercial construction.

I have spent 20 years as a corporate business executive managing field services and ensuring customers get what they expected and more. My teams have won coveted awards for performance and customer satisfaction.

I started ServusPartners because I saw the need to provide the same dedication I led in the corporate world to the home via general contracting, remodeling/repair, inspections and preventative upkeep of homes and property. I have never stopped remodeling homes and helping friends and families.

Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector

I am also a Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (Texas Real Estate Commission # 23222). As an inspector, I get to spend my day ensuring families and their homes are safe and secure.

Have me call you.

This means that our repair and remodeling work will always be at a level reflecting the education and training required of a professional licensed inspector. We are the ones that inspect the property, so we know how to do a job right.

Let me know how I can bring that same commitment to your project. Whether homes, commercial, residential or new construction draw inspections I can help.
