I started remodeling and repairing homes as a young boy helping my father renovate rental properties.  We would repair and remodel older homes from foundation to roof and everything in between. Over the years I have worked developing many skills including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and most other building trades.

My years of experience and Project Management (certified PMP) have enabled me to manage remodels, plan and build add-ons, perform complete renovations and even make ready for multi-family units. From Washington state to the Carolinas and of course in my home state of Texas, home and commercial repairs and updating have been a constant for me.

One thing I kept finding, again and again, was property owners who needed someone to assess homes, rental investments and commercial buildings

One thing I kept finding, again and again, was property owners who needed someone to assess homes, rental investments and commercial buildings. So I began walking investors and owners through an assessment of their properties and helped them prioritize what needed to be done now, what could be maintained as is and what performed as it should with just cosmetic attention.

Last year I decided to broaden my assessment offering and launch a home and commercial inspection service. This has not only given me a broader knowledge of codes and safety issues but allowed me to help my clients during sales transactions.

And so ServusPartners added a new business name,  Your ServusPartners, PLLC to provide Home Inspection Services, property assessments and as needed repair.

Since my clients and others keep asking my advice on issues with their house I am now launching my blog, Ask Inspector Tony. As my time allows I hope to provide answers to homeowners questions, advice on safety issues and general building knowledge from my decades of experience.
